Olive branches have been associated with peace and reconciliation for millennia, through the biblical story of Noah's Ark, when a dove returned to the ark with an olive branch in it's beak.
The organisation have used an olive wreath from our foundation. Two branches are used to form a wreath which symbolises togetherness and unity whilst reinforcing an ancient message of peace. The use of gold (or navy) are used as the official colours of the Champions Committee.
The flag of the committee was adopted on 13 April 2026.
The design of the flag is a navy blue banner, with two gold olive branches forming a wreath. It uses the ratio of 2:3.
Olive branches represent peace and renewal and have been used from the foundation of the organisation to represent our mission. There are two branches which represent togetherness and that we are better as one.
